 RE : SALE OF ADVERTISING SPACE IN MOST BUS STOPS IN KOTA KINABALU CITY.

Please be informed that DBKK (DEWAN BANDARAYA KOTA KINABALU) has entered into a contract with FUTURA TRADING LTD to build and manage most bus stops within Kota Kinabalu City for a period of 15 (FIFTEEN) years with an extension of 05 (FIVE) years.

We understand that our Company FUTURA TRADING LTD shall be soliciting for clients to advertise in free spaces on the bus stops and DBKK have no objection thereto.

I refer to the above and we are please to inform you our company FUTURA TRADING LTD was granted an exclusive right by DBKK to rebuild and maintain most of the bus stops within KOTA KINABALU city. As part of our agreement FUTURA TRADING LTD is given the right to seek sponsorship for advertisement space on the bus stops. Kiosk also available where suitable.

 As such we would like to offer the space to your esteemed company. Please find attached herewith :-

1)      Location map for bus stop.

2)      Bus stop design.

3)      Insurance policy.

4)      Relevent documentation from DBKK.
